Spaghetti squash or somen kabocha is the original veggie noodle! Cut open, remove seeds, boil until aldente then remove the flesh with a fork to get long somen-like noodles of squash.
These are grown without the use of any sprays.
They are a variety of sizes so your minimum 1kg order may be one or two or even three squash. The squash are hard skinned when ripe so travel well but they scratch easily in the field therefore they are not perfect looking. We prefer the term “with character” to scratched and blemished!
